Shadowing CXO is not meant to become a large business. It is a small, long-term practice with only a handful of people at any given time.

Part of the reason is simple: this kind of exchange is also nourishing for me. Many new ideas and possibilities grow out of these conversations.

我并不期待它变成一个很大的业务。我更希望它长期保持很小的规模,在任何一个阶段,都只和极少数人一起工作。

这样的关系对我自己也是一种滋养。很多新的想法和可能性,往往也是从这样的对话里慢慢长出来的。

关于我

I’m Xiao Hu. A cook who never wrote good code, and a coder who never became much of a cook.

I worked in tech, spent years in the restaurant industry, lived across cities and countries, and spent the past decade balancing work, raising a child, education, relocation, and different ways of living.

我是小户。一个代码写不好的厨子,菜炒得一般的码农。

我在 IT 行业工作过,也在中国餐饮行业待过很多年。这些年在很多城市生活过,也长期在工作、带娃、教育、迁移和不同生活方式之间找自己的节奏。

它后来长出了 120 天同行计划。

当每月深聊不再只是一次谈话,而是被放进一个有起点、终点、共住和手记的周期里,Shadowing CXO 就自然升级成了 120 天同行计划。
